I'm looking for a roommate for my 2 bedrooms apartment. Perferable a university student but anyone is welcome . Move in date is February 1st, but can move in earlier if you'd like.

All utilities and a parking spot are included in the price.

The apartment comes fully furnished already. No need for furniture.

There is laundry and dry available on the floor and the apartment is located on the third floor with a nice open balcony.

The rent is 735 $ per month and all utilities are included.
