This is a 3 bedroom basement and 1 room is available that is fully furnished and includes a single bed, desk, and chair for studying.
The kitchen and bathroom will be shared with other friendly tenants and all shared spaces are to be cleaned on a bi-weekly basis. You’ll have access to high-speed internet, and all utilities are also included.
This is a non-smoking house, there are no pets allowed, and we are only accepting single people at this time, no couples.
