There are three male roommates to share the newly renovated house with a excellent bathroom and a half bathroom and a really nice big well equipped kitchen. There's also a nice outside patio for summer barbecues with mountain views and the garden has two fruit trees to enjoy. You can stay as long as like, but there's a minimum four month stay. You must be a quiet non-smoking person and be willing to take part in the shared cleaning and garbage/recycling duties.

Utilities and the latest Telus fibre optic wifi included in the rental price. Free laundry facilities on site. Quiet family oriented location in Vancouver (see map). Six min walk to the Joyce or 29th Avenue SkyTrain stations (both zone 1) and a quick 16min ride to downtown Vancouver. 5mins to Metrotown. Free street parking if required.

Great local shops, restaurants, banks etc, plus community centre with gym and big size swimming pool and library on 22nd Ave, just 20mins walk.
