rent is to be paid on the 1 st of the month
pay for your owm laundry washer dryer in basement
street parking
no pets of any kind
no drugs
no parties
guests to leave by 11:00 pm no exceptions

dd is half months rent and must be provided to hold the room if the smell of cigarettes bothers you then dont respond to this ad.
