This one bedroom is equipped with single bed with mattress so it is only for single occupancy. Each room also furnished with nightstand, desk, chest drawer, lamp, laundry basket and beddings.
Common areas are living room, dining room, washroom, kitchen and laundry room are shared with all 3 tenants. You will be sharing the space with 2 other tenants. Landlord, me and my husband occupies the main and second floor with our indoor cat “Meatball”.
Looking for non-smoking, responsible, respectful, kind, clean, quite tenant with stable financial situation (source of income, bank statement and credit check required).
I have an indoor house cat at home so if you are allergy to cat, please do not apply.
