If this listing up, then I still have a room available. First come first serve for choice of room.
Apartment is completely furnished and all rooms include a queen bed and dresser space.

Price is per room for one person only - no exceptions.
Price includes all utilities, high speed internet and laundry facilities.
Laundry is shared with upstairs tenant.
Independent access to unit.

One month's rent required for security deposit. Room is rented month to month for as long as desired, preference will be given to individuals looking to stay 8 or more months.
Two parking spots available onsite with free unlimited street parking 1/2 block away.
Cleaning services available for an extra fee.
