I'm looking for someone who is stable and capable of maintaining a positive attitude and enjoying this place to live.
This is designed for a single person, you can have guests over you can enjoy your life as we all do. You can have somebody spend the night but not living with you ,this place is designed for two people me and someone else and of course on occasion our guests.
I have a loving family member her name is Pretti , she is a kind loving quiet girl who will give you your space and is not overbearing.
I keep my place clean and enjoy my home as I expect the person that moves in to maintain that attitude as well .
If you need to move in immediately I can prorate you for the rest of the month that is not a problem.
A security deposit is required.
Please feel free to contact me directly at 825-747-9311
