Utilities are split between all roommates at the end of each month. No deposit required. Room is available immediately. I'm available to show you the room any weekday after around 6pm or on weekends. Room is large enough for a bed and desk with a large closet for clothes/storage. Rent has never increased and has remained $700 since we moved in over a year ago. My phone number is 519-300-4009, feel free to text me about the room.
