Hello me and my boyfriend are looking for a roommate to move in hopefully by the end/beginning of the this/next month.
The apartment comes with AC and water is included in rent utilities and rental insurance comes to roughly 200$ each month that the new roommate would be in charge of paying 75$ each month we also have tv and internet which comes to 115$ a month that the new roommate would need to pay 45$ to use.
The apartment also comes with 2 bathrooms on in the main living area across from new roommates bedroom and one accessed through the bedroom we occupy, the one in main living area would be completely the new roommates bathroom and the other would be ours. Also comes with a shared with us deep freezer so you can hit the sales and store more food away if you want
The bedroom is spacious with a optional bed, desk and dresser we'll even give you a sheet, blankets, pillows, 2 laundry baskets for both clean and dirty cloths and towels plus wash cloths while you're here to help moving in be more seamless if you wish and also has a nice sized closet inside of the bedroom (again will post pictures soon).
Washer and dryer are in unit just off the kitchen and living room with its own shelves and closet doors for a more peaceful experience.
Tile and wood Eating table is located in the middle of the spacious kitchen with many chairs.
Pull out couch in the living room for if you need/want to host a guest (just let us know in advance at least 3 days or more) plus nice sized flate screen in living room.
Tv packages that came with or we pay a few dollars for are Disney , stingray, ultimate sports with 18 channels and 47 channels in the essentials including things like cbc, ctv, fox, city tv, nbc and much more and we have discovery and reality package that comes with discovery channel, investigation discovery and brovo, then we have also prime time package that includes TLC, AMC, ctv drama and A&E, plus I'll let you use my crave, Netflix that I always have and my Paramount when I do have it.
Either before you move in or when you do we can discuss things like if you want us to split groceries and have some shelves for each of our only for ourselves food or we can just completely have food split by who pays for it and we won't touch each others without being told otherwise and we can talk about if each of us having days were we cook for everyone and have nice bigger meals (I'm down with even frozen pizza in fries if that's all you got in you one day) or if we all just cook for ourselves unless a mood hits lol and stuff like if each of us have laundry days where the washer dryer are designated to one of us, or when it's someone's turn to sweep/vacuum or if we just leave things up to when we notice it's messy who ever notices first cleans it up and we bring up if someones doing a lot more if it comes to it in the future, we can even discuss if you have favorite shows/movies you watch certain days and we can let you have control of the tv completely for that time and we don't mind friends over either as long as they are respectful, or anything else you wish to discuss or discuss nothing at all at the beginning and just see how things go we're chill people.
Also little rules of the building be respectful and not a disturbance to the rest of residents and sorry but the building (not us we really don't care) have rules on smoking even on the balcony so you'd have to go 3 meters from all downstairs entrances to smoke a cig and off the property for weed (I normally just walk to the sidewalk right off the property and if it's empty smoke quickly there or go for a walk if I'm smoking longer) but as long as your descret and not too obvious you can get away with a weed or nicotine vape on the balcony as long as the weed one isn't badly smelly.
Okay I've rambled on enough please text me at 1-709-770-9120 (sorry still have a Newfoundland number from a year ago when I lived there, just never got around to spending 60$ to change it yet) for questions or requests for more pictures, oh and we got the lease first in May so it goes to next May but they may be open to extending it if we want.
Plus you can get I think up to 3 parking spots for a few to the building (we don't currently have any) but you can just park on the street next to the building theirs always spots free, plus we have guest parking for temporary parking in front of the building and by the dumpsters by the side of the building.
You will need to be put on the lease with the building and can either pay directly to the building or you can email transfer us and we'll pay the rest of the total rent.
And some small pets approved by the building will be accepted but their is a pet deposit fee and a extra 40$ I believe in rent, but no fish, rodents or birds sorry as a animal lover id love for you to bring a zoo in but their are rules, we don't currently have any pets but before having to look for a new roommate this month we were planning to welcome a 7 year old cat named itty bity into our home and hearts but things have gotten complicated and we're unsure if it will happen unless we can get someone in the other room right away.
