Looking for a roommate would like a single person only, one private room and a full bathroom. With access to a laundry room, kitchen, deck and living room all shared spaces. No pet allowed as I already have a cat and dog, you have to be good with animals. I am looking for someone that is calm, neat/tidy and does not party. The rent will be $1,200.00 with a $500.00 damage deposit that includes utilities and wifi as well. The room is also fully furnished if you do not want that we can arrange that as well.
