Room for rent. No kitchen. May bring your own microwave, small fridge and toaster oven. Live on an acreage in Parkland County, out highway 16, which you are welcome to walk on. You can also sit on the deck if we are not using it. If you wish to start your own garden you can do that as well. You have your own free electric parking stall. Free laundry once per week, We will choose the best day for you to do laundry that suits you. We have a safe dog run for your dog during the day to go into for you to keep clean. You are welcome to walk your dog along the paths or on the acreage or on the roads as well. Our acreage is mainly clover/lawn and forest. No drinking, drugs, or smoking allowed. Beautiful wildlife to view, from Moos, Deer, Porcupine, Ducks, Frogs, Toads, Hummingbirds, Specialty Birds, Bunnies and more. The basement was refinished 3 years ago. Clawfoot tub with a hose attachment, in the bathroom. 17 minutes outside of Stoney Plain/Spruce Grove. (Beautiful Drive.) "Trained" dog welcome. Prefer females, but will consider neat males.
