(available june 1 st ) im a retired male ( smoker ) looking to rent out my small spare room in a 2 bd top floor apt on the west side preferably to a mature m/f who has a daytime job . proof of employment paystubs and photo id is required must be clean and quiet close to mc donalds , nofrills and westgate plaza with very good bus service to downtown . includes new single bed , computer table with chair , printer table but no dresser and im not looking to add your furniter as theres no storage here bring your clothes and clean up after yourself is a must . power and water included imternet is $50 extra i have cable , netflix if you choose the internet if not no cable you pay for your own laundry food personal items toilet paper etc . parking is on the street no prts of any kind no over night guests ( NO EXCEPTIONS ) they are to leave by 11:00 pm no drunks wont be tolerated no drugs weed or otherwise . dd is half the rent 1 months notice must be given upon move out for further details reply in text message 306-380-4374 as i will not respond on Qdb.ca
