Room for Rent – Quiet, Friendly Home
We have one basement room available in a cozy, shared home—just a few minutes' walk from the bus station, near grocery stores and convenience shops.
Large Room: $750/month—comes with a queen-size bed, lots of natural light, and a spacious closet.
This is a basement room, and for now, you will be the only person living in the basement. There is a bathroom downstairs as well.
Please note: The room does not come with pillows, duvet covers, or bed sheets—you must bring your own.
This room is ready for immediate move-in. If you are not ready to move in right away, please do not message—we are only considering those ready to move in immediately. A reservation payment is required to secure the room, but it cannot be more than a week in advance.
If you wish, the room can be shared—we can add a single mattress, and each person would pay $550/month.
House Rules:
Quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.
No pets.
Guests are welcome during the day, but no overnight stays.
We share cleaning of common spaces—everyone pitches in.
