Room for Rent

Looking for a student or young professional to rent a room in this 3 bedroom townhouse in SW Calgary along with 1 couple (28 year-old male and 24 year-old female) and 1 longtime friend (27 year old male). All common spaces are shared. Has 2 bathrooms, a patio, and washer and dryer in-house. Room available is about 250-300 square feet with a standard closet. Room is available for move in as soon as possible.

Location is in Coach Hill in SW Calgary. Very close to local retail stores & grocery, and 15 minute drive to downtown. Also very close to C-train station to get downtown (couple minutes drive).

We are a fun group that are outgoing and like to have fun on the weekends, adventurous, but respectful of space. We all work full time, and have different working schedules.
