2 Rooms For rent/Shared accomodations!
We have 2 room for rent in our house located in Oakville in the Glen Abbey area right on Brays Lane, L6M 2T2. The 2 bedrooms that are shown in the pictures on our ad are the rooms that are available for rent. Both rooms come fully furnished with Furniture such as bed, 2 dressers, large closet space, Night tables, 55 inch tv with bell vibe and unlimited internet. each bedroom comes with your own full private bathroom. We are a pet friendly house but we do as that you clean up after your pet. If you have a dog clean up after it outside and if you have a cat please clean the litter box daily.

The house will be shared with other roommates who rent rooms there. There are currently 2 other College students who rent rooms there who attend Sheridan college and work part time and would not see them often as they have busy schedules working and studying. So the house will be shared in the common areas such as kitchen, living room, dining room, Basement. We also have a swimming pool thats open from May - September for your use but closed for the winter months.

You will get 1 parking spot in the driveway and theres room for storage in the basement and in the garage. All utilities are included in the rent such ad Your room with private bathroom, Hydro, Water, Bell vibe, Unlimited internet with wifi password.

the rent is as follows: $710.00 per month first and last months rent is mandatory and you would need to fill out a rental application online for approval.

important note: if your have your own things such as bed, tv ,dressers, etc then we can put our furniture in bedroom in storage so you can set up your furniture in your bedroom. and there is a cleaning lady that comes every Friday to do general cleaning and disinfecting.
