Room for rent in Old St Vital with shared accommodations. Looking for 1 roommate to live with me and split costs of the home (rent utilities). You have the master bedroom on the main floor as well as a living room(ish) space beside the master bedroom (pictures 5,6). Attached to the master is a private bathroom (picture 3) and the bathroom upstairs (pictures 7,8) has the only shower in the house so of course that is available for you to use as well.

Roommate criteria- 1 individual who is clean and respectful. I like to keep my environment clean and peaceful. Things like washing dishes and putting things away after you use them are expectations. I also am a musician and will have occasional band practices and whatnot at the house. But again I keep it respectful don’t play much after 10pm. Looking for an easy going roommate that can cohabitate with no issues, if that’s you let me know!
