My name is Zia (she/her) and my roommate (she/they) and I are looking for a third person to move into our three-bedroom apartment this May 1st. The lease is officially in a month-to-month basis, but we hope to stay until next may at least. The rent is 800$ not including wifi and hydro. The room comes unfurnished with a closet. We have laundry in unit, a dishwasher, one shared bathroom, and a large shared backyard.
