The rent is $900 a month. Last month rent is $900 which I'll consider taking that in payments. Rent includes heat, water, hydro Air conditioning and WIFI. There is a parking spot in the driveway if you have a car. There are several bus stops near the house. There are many businesses near on Blair and Ogilvy. There is a Starbucks on the corner of Ogilvy and Bathgate. If you prefer Tim Horton's there is one on Blair. There is a small deck in front of the house, you have access to both the front yard and the backyard.
The room is 9x15, it has parquet flooring, the parquet floors are throughout the house, except for the kitchen and bathroom.
