About the property: This brand new house is located in the community of Jagare Ridge, in the SW part of Edmonton. I have two empty bedrooms and looking to rent one of them and it comes with its own bathroom as well. Room is currently not furnished, but can be furnished with double/queen size bed. Parking will be available on the driveway or the street. House has water softener system for the shower and Reverse Osmosis drinking water system too. Kitchen and living room will be the common shared areas between us. Rent includes utilities such as Internet, water, laundry, electricity, etc. Tenant will be required to pay damage desposit of same as rent i.e. $800.

About myself: I am 31 years old professional male, of East Indian origin, who works from home. Very quiet and respectful. I have been renting from the past 4 years and have not had any issues with tenants.

What am I looking for in the potential tenant: They should be respectful and quiet as well. Should be able to keep the place clean and well maintained after themselves. I am looking for someone to start with at least 6 months lease.
