Due to an ongoing medical issue I am dealing with, I am looking to rent out the second bedroom of my apartment in Port Credit. The apartment is very clean and is located on Lakeshore in Port Credit and is walking distance to the Hurontario bus, Lakeshore bus and PC Go. This apartment is located very close to Hurontario & Lakeshore and has a terrific location. This room has a window with a view, as well as a decent sized closet. There are a few items in this room now but I will remove everything before you move in, and if necessary I can add furniture such as a bed, desk and dresser. I also have additional storage space in the apartment if necessary. The rental includes unlimited cable internet, power, water etc. I have other appliances you are welcome to use like coffee makers, slow cooker, blender & juicer. You will have full access to the living room, which has a nice TV and I almost never use the living room. This would be a short term rental for up to a year. I am not looking for a long-term roommate but I am interested in renting to someone for up to one year while I deal with this medical issue, which is a form of cancer called leukemia. This is a non-smoking apartment due to my medical issue although you can smoke out back of the building if necessary. I am looking for a clean and responsible roommate who is able to clean up after themself who is either a full time student or employed full time. I myself go to UTM on a part time basis and am part of the Uoft community. I am a guy, but have rented rooms to both men and women in the past.
