I’m looking to rent my spare unfurnished private bedroom in a 2 bedroom basement apartment on Carlyle Crescent in Brampton, to one person. Shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer, fenced backyard. Internet/utilities included. Close to bus stops, shoppers bus terminal, bramalea go, grocery stores. It’s just me and my small dog in my apartment .

I’m a 45 year old male working professional. I have a small dog. I work day shift Monday to Friday, no weekends. I’m looking for someone clean, quiet, and responsible, who pays rent on time, and who takes pride in keeping their room and the apartment clean. I will want to videocall/meet to discuss the rental.
