The bedroom comes with its own closet, with a price of $700. Extra expenses include an internet fee of approximately $25, as well as utilities around $60-70 per person per month.

The location of the apartment is convenient, being only a 2-minute train away from uOttawa, and a 30-minute commute from both Carleton and Algonquin College. There is a Walmart nearby at Terminal, and the property is conveniently situated right next to the LRT station (Lees Station). Hurdman station is also in close proximity.
