My house is located just 5 min walk from Runnymede Subway, Equally short walk to lots of shops, grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops, gym, library and several parks etc.
I have hosted to international students and others since 2007 and love having young people around. I live with my son (28) and his girlfriend (27)
The furnished bedroom is located in the basement and may seem small. It is ideal for someone who is looking for something cheap, and who may not be around as much. Don't get me wrong, you are welcome to be at home as much as you want.
The room includes utility, high speed internet, and of course the use of the kitchen and laundry room. The bathroom is shared with others.
