We have a large room for rent at Parkland Village at Spruce Grove. Must be employed. The room has a queen bed,TV, chair and fridge and lots of storage. All utilities power,gas,water cable and internet included in rent. NO DAMAGE DEPOSIT REQUIRED. Rent is 800 a month but would rent OCT 15 for 400 for half of Oct then 800 starting NOV 1 2024. No Drugs or partiers please. Parkland Village has a gas bar and store and pizza restaurant and bar. We welcome out of town workers and short or long term rentals as well.
