It can be rented to single person or on sharing basis too. Rent for single person is $675 including everything and for sharing it’s 450 per person.
Basement is very spacious featuring a big kitchen, living area with leather sofa ️, TV and dining table. More photos will be available upon request.
We are brother and sister living there already and our second room is ready to be rented. So we welcome two girls, couple or brother sister if you are looking for sharing.
Room has bed, cabinet and side table.
Best bus service with bus number 18 Dixie and other connections.
Close to Gurudwara sahib, grocery stores, banks, UPS Caledon. Close proximity to highway 410 and trinity commons plaza.
Very peaceful and quiet area.
