No lease. Accommodation is on a continuous basis. You can extend as long as you want.
Flexible stay. Daily, Week by week, or every 3 week minimum stay for $35 per day. Accommodation is on a continuous basis.
We require a Valid Driver’s License or a valid passport for you to rent
Queen size Bed size bed in the room with desk and chair in the room
Rates: 1 room per person only
$35 to $65 per night per room per person depending on how long you are staying
Deposit: $150 (key and fob) this will be refunded on your check out day.

Viewing time is only between 11 am-4 pm only. I can’t meet you in the evening I work in the evening I won’t be able to meet with you

Parking pass: $100 to rent it will be refunded upon return. (Not necessary if you don’t have car).
