- Approximately 6 minutes drive to Clareview station.
-Bus stop across the street and 10 minutes away from Clareview station.
- Approximately 5 minute drive to Manning and Clareview restaurants and grocery stores.
- Landlord owns 2 (two) cats
House Rules: No smoking in the house, no alcohol in the house, no over night guests, no guests past 10:00pm and before 8:00am, no parties, no loud music/ tv after 9:30am and before 8:00am.
- Will need to fill out application form to rent: landlord reference check, proof of income, 1 (one) piece of photo ID.
