I am renting one of the rooms out in the house. There are three rooms and two of them occupied. The kitchen, laundry, and bathroom are shared with Indian male roommates but the room is private. The room comes with a bed and a mattress. Internet, utilities and hear are provided by the landlord. The house is pet-free, and no smoking, no drinking and no parties.
