No late noise, no party, no pets, no drugs, no alcohol and no smoking allowed. PHD student, Master student or full-time working person preferred. Rent includes water, hydro, and high-speed internet. Shared kitchen, laundry room, and common bathroom.

Near the bus stop for downtown as well as for U of M. Approx 10-minute ride to the university of Manitoba & 15 minutes ride to downtown. Bus stop: 60, 94, 160, 162, 163, 170, 181, 183 & 185.
