Room can fit queen sized bed, includes 3 door closet, no additional storage space available.

Right around the corner from College Square, Algonquin College, Loblaws, and many other restaurants/amenities.

All inclusive (hydro, water, gas, and internet). Unit has central air, radiant heating, and AC.

No parking available. No smoking of any kind on the property as per lease. No partying as we work full-time. No other pets are allowed. Must follow a shared cleaning schedule.

All you need to bring is furniture for your bedroom, I have no room for anything else in the kitchen or living room!

First and last is required. Must provide proof of income and previous rental references. 6 month signed agreement with possibility to extend.
