2 Furnished rooms avail for male student, and 15 min walking distance to the University of Manitoba, half a block away from the bus stop (2min). Single occupancy only.

We do not require a long-term commitment, The tenancy is month-to-month but you’re welcome to stay as long as you like.

We actually have two rooms available. The one in the photo is the smaller of the two for $475 per month, the other one is a bit bigger for $500 per month.

All utilities are included, we also provide all cleaning supplies as well as toilet paper. We also provide a lawn care service in the summer and a snow removal service in the winter.
