A furnished room is available for 1 girl from 1st December. The house is located in a central location on a sharing basis. The property has 2 washrooms, kitchen, separate laundry and separate entrance. Rent is $450 $50 each person. First and last month required. Student has to stay a minimum for 4 months. Bed, Mattress, Dining table and chairs are provided. I keep $100 deposit for cleaning and refund it, if find everything clean.
