A furnished room is available from 1st December. It is a central location on a sharing basis. The bedroom is on 2nd floor. The house has 3 washrooms, kitchen, separate laundry and separate entrance. It is a quiet and non smoking area. Room rent is $1000 and can be shared by 2 persons. $500 each person $50 for utilities per person. First and last month required. Bed, mattress, sofa and dining Table will be provided. 4 month lease. Strictly no Smoking and no alcohol allowed. $100 security deposit.. First and last month required. I keep a $100 deposit for cleaning and refund it if everything is clean.
