No smoking, drinking, or parties are allowed. This is a shared accommodation so the kitchen, laundry, and bathroom are shared however, room is private. The landlord also provides Internet. Damage deposit is $550 and rent is $650/month. Photos are out of data so please arrange a viewing to see the house.
