I was living here everything was good, other tenants are mainly students or young working adults, all are very friendly and easy-going. I got some personal issue going on in my home town so I gotta leave, now finding somebody to take this room over. Very safe West Van neighbourhood, super spacious and grandiose house.

- 2 bathrooms on the first floor, shared with 2 other sophisticated gentlemen so both are very clean
- less than 5 min walk to safeway and other restaurants
- 25min bus to UBC and Downtown(bus stops less than 5 mins away)
