I have a room for short term rental needs on the main floor of a house in Brentwood / near the University of Calgary. The room is available August 1st until around the 21st but is available sooner if needed. The room is furnished with the basics. Common space includes kitchen, living room and bathroom. You can use any of the items in the common area and all utilities are included in the rent including high speed internet. All of the roommates are students, the house has me, a guy and 2 girls. Of note, you have to be very comfortable with dogs. I have a larger breed puppy/young dog who is full of energy but a ton of fun. Please contact me for more details.
