Room includes large window, twin bed with good mattress, all bed linens with Duvet, matching sheets, night table, dresser, computer desk, chair, desk lamp, floor lamp, book case, large closet, hardwood floors, overhead light with fan, Unlimited wireless internet. heat, hydro, air conditioning, toilet paper, paper towels (with reasonable use) also included.
We Share: Kitchen (fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, linens, dishwasher, microwave, 2 bathrooms, 2 fridges, washer, dryer. Back yard with a beautiful patio with table and chairs.
Common area cleaning chores split between 3 people on a regular schedule OR you pay $60.00/month for your share of common area cleaning.
