We’re a group of 4 females looking for a 5th roommate starting from May 1st 2025
The rent is $920/month with utilities included (wi-fi, laundry, and electric etc.)
The room is in the spacious basement sharing a bathroom with one other person.
Drive-way parking is also available if needed!
The house is located just off Sarnia on Walmer Gardens, located in a safe neighbourhood, about a 10 minute walk from the bus stop, and 5 minute drive from campus.
We are all in third year going into our fourth year, studying health science, nutrition, and MIT
We love going out and socializing!
