The bedroom is 10' x 10', with one large closet, built-in shelving, and great natural lighting. It is suitable for a twin, or at max, a double bed (though my current roommate has a queen). South-facing balcony. Washer and dryer ensuite. Dishwasher. One full bath with the best soaker tub. There is another large closet in the foyer, and we have a storage locker. The building has a rooftop patio, with BBQs, a fully equipped gym, and a party room. Bike storage is available and parking may be purchased.

Accessibility: The Building is fully accessible (except rooftop patio), with automatic doors, disability parking, elevators, and stair rails. Unit is standard accessibility, with no made accommodations. Unit is not allergy friendly (dog/nuts/everything).
