Hey folks! We’re three long term roommates looking for a fourth person to join our cozy, communal household starting November 1st.

The Room:
$810/month
Utilities split between all housemates
Private room in a spacious shared home

The Vibe:
This is a queer, neurodivergent-friendly space with an emphasis on mutual respect, open communication, and shared responsibility. We value chill energy, low-drama living, and folks who are conscientious about living in community.

We cook separately or occasionally together, clean up after ourselves, and enjoy having a calm and affirming home to return to. We’re ideally looking for someone who’s responsible, respectful, and down-to-earth.

The home is large, with multiple shared spaces (grand living room, cozy family room, entertainment room with surround sound and gaming system). Two floors with grand entry; washer and dryer; two-fridge kitchen with dishwasher, front and back balcony with ocean view. Two full bathrooms, plenty of storage, a responsive landlord. Located in Dover Bay. Despite being on a quiet street, we’re walking distance to bus stops, shopping, convenience store and a 5 min walk from Blueback beach.
