We are two women in their early 30s, both working professionals who lead busy lives and are seeking a respectful student and/or working professional to join our home. I am currently renting a private room in the on the upper level with all utilities included. Seeking first and last month's rent upfront.

We are 420-friendly, but smoking or vaping is not allowed in the house. Don't worry, though—we have a cute backyard and covered front porch to do so (as shown in pictures). If you are not an animal lover or have allergies, you might not be a good candidate, as we have many loving animals. I also have a very large storage room in the basement should you require additional storage space.
