My landlord is wanting to rent one of the 2 rooms in a 2 bedroom condo as of March 1st 2026. Month to month is fine or 1 year lease. Credit check will be required . Landlord references and first and last and you will need to get your own tenant insurance. You will be applying with the landlord himself not through me. Im just helping him fill the room. Both rooms come with your own bathroom but The den room has no Window and what you see is a glass wall that is off the kitchen, and the bathroom isn’t attached to your bedroom and thats the bathroom with the bathtub. The other bedroom has a big window and the bathroom is attached to your bedroom and thats the one with the shower only no bathtub. Either room will come with a queen bed. You can choose which room you would like to rent as we will move into either room. You will be sharing the condo unit with me and my partner but we aren’t the landlord just your roommates. Landlord does not live on site. Unit is pet friendly as we do have a Teacup chihuahua and a cat. Not to sure if anymore animals would be allowed you will have to ask the landlord that. Wifi is included also. Room is just off of Wellesley and Church street downtown. 4 minute walk from the Wellesley subway station. If you require parking you will have to reach out to the landlord regarding that as I don’t know anything about the parking situation as we don’t drive ourselfs.
