It is about a 12 minutes drive to the UofM. Apartment comes with a ensuite laundry area, dishwasher, and balcony. Room is equipped with large windows for lots of sunlight.

I am looking for a third roommate who is clean, quiet, and respectful, preferably a student as well. Rent includes water. The Wifi and hydro would be shared among all three roommates..
