We are mature working descent husband and wife (dont have kids, have one cat). We have taught ESL to international students and have been hosting people from other countries of various cultures.

We are offering a furnished room in a house for $1200CAD ($875US) per month (meals and utilities included). Minimum 4 months to one year max. Female student preferred.

There is common kitchen and 1.5 bathroom. Washer, dryer, and wireless internet available. NO access to parking. Close to amenities and bus stops (just down the block). About 15 min walk/6 min by bus to White Oaks Mall and 25 min walk/by bus to Fanshawe College South Campus. Ample bus routes and grocery stores and banks nearby.

Our activities, interests and hobbies include driving around London and neighboring towns and cities; visiting famous places such as the Niagara Falls, African Lion Safari and Toronto science centre; going to conservation park for a picnic; going to the beach; riding bike around town; or biking or walking on a trail. We love Middle Eastern, Oriental and European food.
