The rent includes a fully furnished private bedroom with a 3/4 bed with a Japanese mattress, bar fridge and WiFi.

It also includes your meals when you are here and a pack lunch with for school or work.

An example of a menu is coffee or tea, eggs and bacon with toast, hamburger and fries.

The food is cooked and place in the fridge and you help yourself to what you want when you want. The kitchen is open 24/7.

The rent also includes one free load of laundry per week.The laundry room is down the hall.

The apartment and room is drug free, smoke free, scent free, alcohol free and there is no parking here. The lease is month to month. I have to be here when you moved out. Refundable $50 key deposit.
