The room is available now on November 1, 2024. The rent includes a fully furnished private room, meals, laundry, cleaning, WiFi and more.

The room has a 3/4 size bed with a Japanese mattress and there is a bar fridge in the room.

Your meals are a choice of coffee or tea, home cooked meals, sandwiches, can or frozen meals, cookies,fruit and more. Once a month I order take out at my cost.

The apartment is drug free, smoke free, pet free and alcohol free. There is no parking here but you can paid for street parking or make other arrangements.

The bathroom is shared but there has been no problem here because everyone has their own time.

I have one other tenants here but he works longs hours outside of the apartment.

I work part-time out of the apartment.
