The rent includes a fully furnished private master bedroom, queen size bed, your meals ( food when you are here and a pack lunch for work or school ), there is coin laundry here and I paid for one loud a week, weekly room cleaning, and more.

Your meals could be a choice between coffee or tea, eggs and bacon, pancake with syrup, sandwiches, fruit, salad and more.

The two bedroom apartment is drug free, smoke free, pet free, alcohol free and there is no parking here. The bathroom is shared, no visitor and a $50 key deposit.
