The room is available on November 1st, 2024 and is near Victoria Park and St.Clair Ave.

The rent includes a fully furnished private master bedroom, queen size bed, your meals, ( food when you when you are here and a pack lunch when you are at school or work), there is coin machines here and I pay for one loud of laundry a week,weekly room cleaning, utilities, and more.

The meals could be a choice between coffee or tea, eggs and bacon, pancake with syrup, burgers and fries, sandwiches, fruit, salad and more.

The two bedroom apartment is drug free, smoke free, pet free, alcohol free and there is no parking here, no visitor, $50 key deposit.
