Room 4 Rent

550$ Utilities (depending on time of year it can go from 90$ - 150$)

Hi there,
My name is Lucas, I live at 38 Chesterton Drive with my partner, and one other roomate. We are looking for someone to rent our spare bedroom (pictures are coming soon) starting July 1st, 2026. We do have air conditioning, a dish washer, and washer and dryer. We have 2 bathrooms. And we have a home gym in our basement.
We are also a minute walk away from No Frills, and bus stations.

Conditions:

We are at our max animals per household limit of 5 animals, so we cannot bring in anyone with an animal unfortunately.

I have a dog who gets very nervous, so slow introductions are necessary when meeting new people.

We are not the party type of people, so the max number of people you can bring to the house is 5 at one time.

Rent is due the midnight before the 1st of every month.

1st and Last months rent are expected.
