Looking for a room around UofA area or around 104st to 112st - 78ave to 85ave.. looking to pay $500/$550/600/700 for everything included. Hopefully for Six months or can go longer aswell but I'd rather find my own Apartment in all honesty.

I’m a non partyer non drinker non smoker I’m 420f and I don’t smoke it or consume but I don’t care if you do.. Normally working out so hopeful of a bigger room if possible with washroom and could pay more if need be ( but don't need my own washroom aswell )... I have secured income and have my own Rental company so rent will always be on time with no issues I have no problem providing proof of my finances I also have family inheritance.. Very friendly and open minded guy very easy to get along with and mostly stick to myself. I’m very very clean and tidy and always clean my dishes and pots after I use them. I will probably bring my own.

Don’t mind living with male / females I’m very respectful so no worries.. LGBT friendly I love animals aswell
